What Is hvac sanitization?
HVAC sanitization is a deep-clean of the equipment your conditioned air physically passes over: the evaporator coil face, the blower wheel and motor housing, the drain pan, and the plenum. We pull and clean the blower wheel rather than just spraying through the access panel, treat the coil with a no-rinse evaporator cleaner, flush the condensate line, and finish with an EPA-registered antimicrobial fog. This is the work that's almost never done during a standard tune-up, and it's where the biggest indoor-air-quality wins come from.
